Study After Study Echoes

Posted on August 2, 2023May 29, 2024 by tshpblog

Bottom-line, most studies conclude this simple fact; smoking is not good for your health especially your heart health. The good news is once you quit, your body will work hard to right the wrong you perpetrated against your heart for the length of time you chose to smoke. The heart doesn’t hold a grudge. It will start to immediately repair itself to the best of its ability.

Some studies conclude, if a person quits smoking for 20 years or more their chances of heart failure are reduced to the same as a person who never smoked at all. It is important to remember that is only in regard to smoking. There are still many other contributing factors related to heart failure.
