Posted on January 27, 2024May 31, 2024 by tshpblog

Companies will market L-Arginine as the superior or ultimate cardio health solution. You will see things like amazing amino acid safeguarding your heart. However, they will not market the reasons to avoid L-Arginine.

L-Arginine is an amino acid which the body converts to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is known to open or widen blood vessels. The widening of the blood vessels may contribute to lower blood pressure and other cardio and circulation systems within the body. It also stimulates the release of insulin and other substances in the body.

L-Arginine is not a supplement that should be taken daily and/or for a long period of time. It is considered safe for most people when taken on a short-term basis.

YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE L-Arginine if you have or had, kidney problems, herpes, heart attack, pregnant, breastfeeding, under the age of 18, or over the age of 65.
