Use some form of improvement tracking whether it is a new medicine your doctor prescribed or supplements you are taking on your own. It is important to monitor your results and any side effects (especially when it comes to medications). If you don’t see any improvements within the first 30 days, don’t panic, it doesn’t mean the supplement or medicine isn’t working. It is a good practice to monitor 30 days then again at 90 days. If by 90 days you are not seeing some improvements it is likely you are not getting much from the medicine or supplement. When it comes to medications your doctor should be doing follow ups to make sure you are not experiencing any negative health effects. However, when you are taking supplements and monitoring on your own it is good to get your blood drawn before you start and then again at the 90 day mark.
