If you are taking nutritional supplements to help bridge the gap of lack from what you eat don’t be random and reckless about it.
It is a good practice to get the majority of your supplements manufactured by the same company (this typically means the supplements should work together). It is also a good practice to avoid the “fast food” approach to supplements, cheaper is usually not better because there is likely less research and the manufacturer is probably focused more on quantity than quality. If a company only provides their supplements to 500,000 known customers the company does not have to mass produce their product to reach a potential of 5,000,000,000 customers. This means a few things, the company providing to fewer known customers will have a higher price, but the quality of ingredients will likely be far superior to the ingredients of the company attempting to reach potential customers by mass coverage (lining approximately 128,952 shelves of thousands of retail stores). Supplements can also prove to toxic in your body if you are taking the wrong supplements, wrong ratios, and wrong amounts.
