Fresh Breath: Not Too Much Mouthwash

Posted on February 4, 2024May 31, 2024 by tshpblog

You should limit the amount of mouthwash you use to keep fresh breath. Mouthwash is excellent for destroying the bacteria in your mouth that causes gingivitis and tooth decay, but it also destroys some essential bacteria needed to help produce nitric oxide. The bacteria in the mouth that convert nitrate to nitric oxide and nitric oxide assists insulin in doing its job. What happens when insulin is not working properly? Diabetes!
