

Physical fitness has proven to be one of the great benefits towards long term good health. Science study, after study states, exercise will give humans a better chance to stay disease and other ailments.
The problem with exercise many people think it means going to a gym regularly, lifting heavy weights, or hours of aerobic exercise to improve their health. Nothing is further from the truth.
Start with one simple exercise you can do from the convenience of your home, try this one.
THE BED BRIDGE
If you are still agile enough to get on the floor and get up easily you can do this exercise on the floor. If you are an elderly person who would not be able to get up from the floor be sure to do the exercise on your bed.
Lie flat on your back and bend your knees so that your feet are flat. From this position raise your hips upward as far as you can and hold that position for 5 seconds, then lower your hips back to the flat position. Repeat this 3 to 5 times. You can increase the length of time you hold the hips up position and the number of times you repeat the movement as your body allows.
